Making myself accountable

This if my first entry of my first ever blog. When looking up how to start a blog, the advice was to write about something you are passionate about. I can say with the utmost honesty that I am passioante about being trim, toned and terrific inside and out!

To coincide with my 12WBT challenge, I wanted to start a blog to so I could make myself accountable. If only I could tell you how many weight loss quests I have started on to never see through to the end, or to get there and not maintain it! I figured, if I share my stories along the way with the world wide web I am accountable. I can't just give up, I can't have a week long of emotional eating and zero exercise. How embarrasing would that be to have to share with you. Instead, I want to inspire, motivate and more importantly, see somethinng through till the end.

My number one focus for this blog is to tackle the emotional issues that surround being over weight. To address the old habits that have hung around for decades, and create a forum that people can relate to and realise they are not alone. There are so many of us out there that have suffered from body image or confidence issues, or turned to food in times of sadness/stress/happiness, and to see that with the support of others we can collectively say "no more!!" No more will these deep-set behaviours take over. We are taking control and we are going to come out the other end trim, toned and terrific inside and out..
